There is so much I can say about Guacamole Sauce. If you think you’re coming here to find an actual ‘Guacamole Dip” then you were wrong.
Guacamole sauce is the next best thing after hot sauce. It can be added to soups, meats, burgers, hotdogs, potato chips, salads, sea food, nuggets, gyros, pizza, sushi, french fries, sandwiches, pasta, sweet corn, and more OR you can squeeze it right into your mouth like my crazy Vicky does. You can make it as spicy as your palate can handle. Out of respect to many of my subscribers, I’ll only use 1 LARGE jalapeno (NOT 😛 I really used THREE!) hehehe….
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
- 1/2 Avocado (Florida Avocado. If your store doesn’t carry it, a simple Haas will do)
- 1 to 3 Jalapenos (Don’t be a wimp!)
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Fresh Black Pepper
- 1 Green Tomatillo (Vicky hid the bag while I was taking this picture. Sorry!)
Step 1: Wash and cut the top off the jalapeno. Careful not to get any juices in your eye! IT WILL HURT AND BURN LIKE A @@#$%^!!!!
Step 2: In a high-speed mixer add all the ingredients and blend on high.
Wasn’t that easy? Yep… That’s why I keep a bottle in my fridge at all times!
